Agents of the clerical regime’s intelligence, in the first terrorist attack against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) since the presidency of Pezeshkian, targeted a supporters’ association building of the organization in Spånga, northern Stockholm, at 3 a.m. on Monday, September 9, 2024, with several Molotov cocktails.
Several windows of the building were shattered, and the outer wall caught fire.
The fire was extinguished by the residents, and the police promptly arrived at the scene.
Fortunately, no one was injured during this terrorist attack.
In recent months, intelligence agents had broken the windows of the car belonging to Gisoo Shakeri, a resistance artist, and had damaged the property of several PMOI supporters.
These individuals had previously received threatening letters from regime agents.
Last year, on May 31, 2023, and June 11, 2023, a building belonging to supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI)
in northern Paris was attacked with six bullets and incendiary materials. On December 4, 2023,
the NCRI office in Berlin was also targeted by terrorists using incendiary devices.
On November 9, 2023, Professor Alejo Vidal-Quadras, former vice-president of the European Parliament (1999–2014),
was the target of an assassination attempt by terrorists of the clerical regime in Madrid.
The Iranian Resistance is calling on the Swedish government, police, and judiciary to arrest and prosecute the perpetrators and masterminds of this terrorist operation and to disclose all details and evidence to the public.
The embassies and official and unofficial representatives of the clerical regime, along with its intelligence agents and the Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), are involved in planning and executing terrorist operations in European countries.
The closure of these centers and the expulsion of regime agents are essential steps to combat terrorism and ensure security, especially for Iranian refugees.
