The security services uncovered the circumstances surrounding the killing of the wife of the accused in detention of his family in Al-Fayoum, known as “Al-Fayoum thug”. Further to the fact that the accused was arrested and assaulted by his son, mother, son and sister-in-law in his home in the Fayoum police station, he murdered his mother-in-law.
Information was received for the research team from the Public Security Sector and the Research Branch of the Fayoum Security Directorate, which was confirmed by the investigations that the accused had killed his wife early last September and buried her.
Inside the bedroom, he lived with the new wife for 45 days over her corpse. By moving and examining, it was possible to infer the body, which turned out to be buried at a depth of 4 meters in one of the rooms in his residence.
